I ordered 3 different sizes of ivory taper candles for a client’s wedding 4 weeks ago. The candles arrived with 24 of the tapers in the wrong size and color. I completely understand this can happen, but I tried to contact the company with 2 different emails (listed on their order email), a phone number (listed in their site), and DM’ed their Instagram with absolutely no response anywhere. I ended up having to source candles elsewhere as my client’s date was quickly approaching (paying extra for shipping). The wedding has now passed and I still have received no response and no refund. As the company has not corrected this mishap and still has my money, they have now stolen from me. This is unethical and I highly discourage ordering from this company.
